It’s not
selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, & to make your happiness a
priority. It’s necessary.
I found this quote and I just really like it. It's starting to sink in that its okay to live for myself and to do things that are just for me. I have to in order to make myself happy and keep myself well. It's not just me though, you owe it to yourself to do the same.
